Digital Credentials for In-Demand Careers
Our certified Google Career Certificate programs are designed to open doors to high-growth industries—no prior experience or degree required. Participants gain foundational knowledge, hands-on practice, and resume-ready credentials in areas such as:
IT Support

Project Management
Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
Data Analytics
Our facilitators provide mentorship, access to computer labs, and tech support throughout the journey. These self-paced online courses are available at our facility and can be completed with the support of our career services team.

Bridging the Gap Between Training and Employment
Our Workforce Development Program equips individuals with the tools they need to succeed in today’s competitive job market. Services include:
Individualized job coaching
Resume and interview preparation
Soft skills development
10-hour/week internship placements with local partners
Job placement support and follow-up for 90+ days
We help each participant create a career plan and walk alongside them until they reach a sustainable employment milestone.

Building Strong Families Through Support & Empowerment
We serve parents and caregivers—especially those with young children—with a comprehensive approach that strengthens families and builds pathways to self-sufficiency. Program features include:
Parenting Classes on child development and healthy family dynamics
Workforce Development tailored to parental needs
Case Management and goal planning
Access to Certification Programs (Google Career Certificates, Pre-ETS)
Peer Support Groups for connection and healing

Youth & Young Adult Services
Empowering the Next Generation with Skills, Hope & Vision
We provide mentorship and guidance to youth and young adults facing economic hardship, instability, or trauma. Our approach includes:
Life skills workshops (budgeting, leadership, time management)
Career and education planning
Emotional support and coaching
Community service and entrepreneurship projects
Case management for holistic care
Our goal is to help every young person discover their strengths, envision their future, and take steps to achieve it.
👵 Senior Program
Restoring Purpose, Joy & Connection
Our Senior Program addresses social isolation, health education, and digital access for older adults. Weekly services include:
Produce Giveaways and social check-ins
Peer groups and memory-building activities
Tech 101 digital literacy training (smartphones, Zoom, email)
Workshops on wellness, safety, and resource navigation

Job Training & Life Skills for Individuals with Disabilities
We serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) through structured, supportive programs focused on work readiness and independence. In partnership with Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), we offer:
Pre-Employment Skills Training (Pre-ETS)
Vocational Adjustment Training (VATS)
Job Coaching and Supported Employment
Summer Work Skills Program with rotating hands-on job stations
